Returns / Exchange

 

***These terms do not apply to customized items (initials, etc.)***

In the case that you're unhappy with your product, we will gladly allow a 14 day period after receiving your item(s) to send them back unused and in the same condition. It must also be in original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of the buyer unless the exchange is the result of a shipping error on behalf of Cypress and Hyde Leather Company. Once I have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use. If the items are in new condition you will receive a refund minus shipping fees (restocking fee).

Returns are not eligible on customized orders. This includes anything with initials.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted as follows but not limited to:
        - Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
